Wide Gap Welded Plate Air Preheater

Accessen’s AWK Wide Gap Welded Plate Air Preheater (air preheater) has been well-running in the denitrification project of the reformer in the carbon monoxide unit of the China Yangtze Petrochemical Corporation. In this working condition, high-temperature flue gas at 256℃ is used to heat combustion-supporting air at average temperature, and the flue gas temperature drops to 130℃ after AWK air preheater. The total heat load is 10073KW, and the total heat exchange area is 4500㎡. Accessen welded air to air heat exchangers can save around 30 tons of standard coal every day, which has significant economic benefits and reduces atmospheric pollution caused by coal burning.
